  Service was great! All encounters with the staff were pleasent. The rooms was comfortable. Bathroom was very small but was understandable. Definitely will be back!

  I cannot rate this hotel highly enough - what a wonderful experience. Not only did the lovely staff at reception let us check in early due to arriving with a toddler, but they upgraded our room so that we could check in right away. The staff have all been so welcoming, friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

  Had 2 nights here. Great place. food was amazing... staff were so helpful. Nothing was a problem .. Lots of nice little bars so sit at at the end of the day to relax. Pool and spa very relaxing. You have to do this at least once

  We stayed in the wrest point tower for one night and planned a transfer to the airport in the morning at 10am. There was a running festival on and none of the staff knew what roads were closed and no signage was advertised on the website or in the hotel at the time of booking. We realised the night of our stay that we had to have breakfast and leave before 8am to avoid road closures to get the airport, and if we knew this we would have booked elsewhere and enjoy a sleep in before our travels.
  
  This casino is otherwise excellent to stay at, the food in the Buffet and Coffee shop was good and they were prompt with valet parking. Great location but they need to ensure customers are made aware of any local events that may implicate their travel plans.
